Ingredients
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Shred the cheese or cut it into ½ inch cubes.
- Melt some butter in a saucepan over medium/low heat. Stir the butter with a wooden spoon until it melts.
- Add Velveeta cheese.
- Stir constantly until it’s at about the halfway point of melting. This will help to prevent it from burning.
- When the cheese has melted, add 7 tablespoons of milk and continue to stir until it has a smooth consistency.
- Season with your favorite spices. Serve and enjoy.
