Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large eggs beaten

Instructions
