Mexican Fruit Salad with Tajin

This refreshing fruit salad includes three varieties of melon, including watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew, all sprinkled with Tajin and freshly squeezed lime juice. This chili-lime seasoning provides an irrestible, tangy zest that perfectly complements sweet melons.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 2 cups cantaloupe
  • 2 cups honeydew melon
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 teaspoons Tajín

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew, using a melon baller to easily scoop out uniform-sized pieces of fruit. Add to a bowl.
  2. Add freshly squeezed lime juice and Tajin chile lime seasoning. Toss to coat.
  3. Serve!
