Ingredients
- 2 cobs of corn
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 6 Jennie-O 1/3 lb. Seasoned Turkey Burgers
- ½ cup cotija cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- ½ cup guacamole
Instructions
- Grill the corn for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
- Remove from the grill and use a sharp knife to remove the kernels from the cobs.
- Combine the kernels with the sour cream, lime juice, cayenne pepper and cilantro in a small pot, set aside.
- Place the turkey burgers on the grill over medium heat.
- Grill for 9-10 minutes per side.
- Top with the cotija cheese and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Place the hamburger buns on the grill for 2-3 minutes.
- While the burgers are grilling, place the pot of Mexican street corn on the stove over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the buns from the grill and spread the guacamole on the bottom buns, then top with the burgers, the corn mixture and top bun.
