Mexican Street Tacos
These are the BEST Mexican street tacos you'll ever eat due to one simple reason: the cut of beef. Serve with warmed corn tortillas, cilantro and onion and thank me later.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds diezmillo steak (cut into thin cubes)
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 2 medium onion white
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 corn tortillas
- cilantro optional, to serve, red or green salsa
- minced onion
- salsa
Instructions
- Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak, salt and bouillion (no need to add oil.) Cook until browned, stirring occassionally, until the liquid evaporates, about 20 minutes.
- While the steak is cooking, saute the onions with the soy sauce before adding to the beef mixture.
- Serve beef and onion mixture in tortillas that you've gently warmed over a lightly oiled skillet. Garnish with cilantro and onion to serve.
