Mexican Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread 1/4 of the refried beans across the surface of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
  4. Top with 1/4 of the salsa and cheese, and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the tortillas are crisp.
  5. Top with sour cream and green onions.
