- 3 oz Meyer Lemons, juiced peel some rind with a vegetable peeler for garnish
- 1 oz lemons, juiced
- 3 oz gin
- 1 ml can club soda divided
- 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
Rosemary Simple Syrup:
- 2 prigs rosemary sprigs (about 4" long each)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
