Mezze Platter
A Mezze Platter is a great way to feed a crowd! Seasonal fruits and veggies, feta cheese, nuts, olives, creamy dips, specialty food (such as dolmas) and delicious crackers and bread. If you’re a fan of Mediterranean food, you will love this appetizer platter!

Ingredients
- 1 container (10oz) Sabra Hummus (your favorite flavor)
- 1 cup Baba Ghanoush, Tzatizki or Muhammara
- 6 fresh figs halved
- 1 bunch grapes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ English cucumber sliced
- 4 ounces herbed feta cheese cubed
- 4 warm pita breads quartered
- ½ package (8.5 ounces) TRISCUIT Original Crackers
- 8 stuffed graped leaves
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup roasted shelled pistachios
- olive oil
Instructions
- Start by choosing a large platter or board to display your mezze.
- Put the dips in small bowls (or keep them in their packaging, if store-bought) and place them on the board.
- Arrange the fruits and veggies, followed by the cheese, bread and crackers, and stuffed grape leaves.
- Fill the gaps with the olives and pistachios.
- Drizzle the dips with extra-virgin olive oil and serve!

Notes
- Make Ahead:
- The platter can be assembled ahead, covered in plastic wrap and refrigerated for up to 4 hours. Let it come to room temperature before serving and then add the crackers and bread when ready to serve!
