Microwave Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the macaroni and water. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is cooked and the water has been absorbed.
- Once the macaroni is cooked, add the milk, shredded cheddar cheese, and butter to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

- Once the mac and cheese is heated through and the cheese is fully melted, add salt and pepper to taste.
