Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons milk
- 2 teaspoons butter
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, butter, salt, & pepper until well combined.
- Spray a small bowl with cooking spray and add egg mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a small plate.
- Microwave at 70% power for about 45 seconds. Uncover and cook an additional 35-45 seconds stirring frequently until almost cooked through, eggs should be glossy.
- Remove from the microwave and let rest 30 seconds covered, add cheese if desired.
