Mild Taco Seasoning Recipe

Homemade taco seasoning is so easy to make and lets you control exactly what goes in and what the spice level is like! Take 5 minutes and throw it together.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chili powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cumin
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground coriander
  • 1 ½ tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Store in an air-tight container.

Notes

  • I use about 3 tablespoons of mix per pound of meat. Start with 1 tablespoon and taste as you go to see how you like it.
