Ingredients

  • 2 boneless sirloin steaks about 8 ounces each
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a deep skillet over medium heat, combine the milk, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Place the seasoned steaks into the simmering milk mixture.
  4. Cook the steaks for 5-8 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
