Millet Congee

Millet Congee is a comforting porridge made by simmering millet and pumpkin cubes in water until soft and slightly thickened. The natural sweetness of pumpkin complements the mild graininess of millet, resulting in a soothing textured dish that can be enjoyed hot, optionally sweetened for added flavor.
