Ingredients

  • 8 Weet-Bix
  • 395 grams condensed milk (one tin)
  • ½ cup Milo
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
  • ⅔ cup choclettes or desiccated coconut (unsweetened) (for rolling) (or ⅓ cup of each)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Crush Weet-Bix with your hands (as finely as possible) into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add MILO and coconut and stir through to combine.
  3. Add condensed milk and stir through to combine.
  4. Place mixture into fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.
  6. Roll balls in choclettes or coconut.
  7. Place balls into fridge to set. Store in fridge.

  • Storing: Stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, MILO Balls should keep for up to one week.
  • Freezing: You can freeze for up to a few months if wrapped and placed in an airtight container – though I always say fresh is best.
