Ingredients

  • 1 champagne or prosecco or cava, chilled, 750 ml bottle
  • 3 cups orange juice 750 ml

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour the sparkling wine into the Champagne flutes, filling each glass about half full.
  2. Pour the orange juice on top to fill each glass and serve.
  3. You can garnish each flute with a small slice of orange.

Notes

  • Chill your champagne in the fridge before using. I like to pop it in overnight so that it's nice and chilled.
  • I like to garnish the glasses with a slice of fresh orange. Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme would also be a great addition.
  • For a stronger drink, add less orange juice and more champagne.
