Mimosa
Perfect for brunch, this classic mimosa cocktail is wonderfully light and refreshing. Made with two ingredients; champagne and orange juice, this is a light drink that takes minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 1 champagne or prosecco or cava, chilled, 750 ml bottle
- 3 cups orange juice 750 ml
Instructions
- Pour the sparkling wine into the Champagne flutes, filling each glass about half full.
- Pour the orange juice on top to fill each glass and serve.
- You can garnish each flute with a small slice of orange.
Notes
- Chill your champagne in the fridge before using. I like to pop it in overnight so that it's nice and chilled.
- I like to garnish the glasses with a slice of fresh orange. Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme would also be a great addition.
- For a stronger drink, add less orange juice and more champagne.
