Mimosa Bar

The best Mimosa Bar is filled with delicious juices, fruits, and of course champagne! It's easy to set up in 10 minutes. And it's perfect for parties, brunch, Christmas, weddings & bridal showers!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups grapefruit juice
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 3 bottles champagne 750 ml each

Instructions

  1. Set up the mimosa bar with a tablecloth, sign and champagne flutes.
  2. Place the orange, pineapple, grapefruit and pomegranate juices in glass bottles, tying tags around each bottle to label the juices.
  3. Place the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in separate bowls and add to the bar.
  4. Add the bottles of champagne to the bar. Place at least one in an ice bucket to keep cold.
  5. Fill champagne glasses ½ - ¾ full of champagne.
  6. Add the juice (or juices) of your choice.
  7. Garnish each mimosa with the fruit of your choice.
