Ingredients

  • 1 heet ready-rolled puff pastry (320g/11.3oz)
  • 1 Jar Fruit mincemeat (roughly 400g/14oz)
  • 1 small beaten egg (for egg wash)
  • icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat your oven to 200℃/400℉ and line two trays with baking paper.
  2. Unroll the pastry sheet and spread the mincemeat all over, leaving a small gap around the edges. Roll it up into a log and cut it into 12 equal-sized slices.
  3. Place the pinwheels onto your trays and lightly brush them with the beaten egg. I bake 6 per tray to prevent them from sticking together.
  4. Bake for around 15 minutes or until they are golden brown all over.
  5. Let them cool completely before removing them from the tray then finish with a dusting of icing sugar.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
