Ingredients

  • 1 fruit puree OR any Love Child Fruit Purée Pouch, Love Child Organics Apples, Bananas, Blueberries, 128 ml / 1/2 cup pouch
  • 1 egg large
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil such as liquid coconut oil, safflower oil or canola oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar do NOT feed honey to a child under the age of 1 year or skip all together, organic sugar or honey
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 3/4 cup infant cereal Baby's First Buckwheat + Chia Organic
  • 3/4 cup buckwheat flour OR spelt flour OR all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen or fresh

Notes

  • * sugar and honey are optional for mini muffins made for babies or children. The amount can be reduced or skipped entirely to suit your preferences.
