Mini Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperonis

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease a large muffin pan and assemble all ingredients.
  3. Press a biscuit into each cavity of your muffin pan, creating a well in the center.
  4. Add half a tablespoon of tomato sauce to the well of the biscuit, then top with 1 Tablespoon of cheese and three mini pepperonis.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, until crusts of the mini pizzas are golden brown.
