Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat three mini muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Combine the softened butter, egg, brown sugar, peanut butter, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until creamy and well combined.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl; mix well. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until mixed.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough into the mini muffin tin.
- Place into the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool. Enjoy.
