Mini Salad Pita Pocket Recipe
If your kids are sick of sandwiches for lunch, then this Mini Salad Pita Pocket reicpe is the perfect sack lunch that they'll eat!
Ingredients
- 4 pita pocket mini
- 2 lices Colby jack cheese Sargento brand
- 2 lices turkey deli style
- lettuce and other salad fixings
- salad dressing
Instructions
- Slice 1/4 of the pita off the top and open gently. Stuff each pita with 1/2 slice of cheese and turkey and then lettuce and any other veggies you'd like. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Drizzle salad dressing overtop and serve.
