Mini Tomato Tarte Tatin

This easy Mini Tomato Tarte Tatin recipe is the perfect appetizer or finger food to impress your guests with! Ingredients

  • 1 pie dough or store bought puff pastry, batch, easy flakey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 small box tomato cocktail
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon thyme minced, fresh
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • salt pinch
  • 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon milk
