Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate dark
- 100 g 0% crème fraîche
- 250 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon mint extract
- Fresh mint and chocolate shavings for serving; optional
Instructions
- Add some boiling water to a saucepan and then put a glass bowl on the pan, making sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Break 100 g Chocolate into the bowl and gently heat the pan, stirring the chocolate constantly until melted.
- Add 100 g 0% Creme Fraiche to the melted chocolate and stir.
- Stir the chocolate mixture into 250 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt in a separate bowl and add 2 teaspoon Mint Extract and 4 tablespoon Maple syrupix well.
- Divide between 4 glasses top with Fresh mint and chocolate shavings.

Notes
- If chocolate and mint together isn’t your thing, then why not give chocolate and orange a try?
- Keep it simple with some vanilla extract or add a little nutty flavour with some almond extract.
