Mint Chocolate Pudding Shots

These Thin Mint Chocolate Pudding Shots combine everyone's favorite Girl Scout cookies with chocolate pudding and Bailey's Irish Cream, for a delicious and boozy sweet treat!

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 box chocolate pudding mix 6oz, instant
  • 3/4 C milk cold, whole
  • 1/2 C Baileys Irish cream
  • 1 tub Cool Whip 8oz (thawed in fridge)
  • 1 roll Thin Mint cookies crushed, Girl Scout brand
  • whipped topping extra, for garnish
  • Thin Mint cookies extra, for garnish

Instructions

Directions:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Add Baileys Irish Cream to the cold milk.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour the Bailey's and milk mixture into the pudding mix.
  4. Blend thoroughly.
  5. Add Cool Whip, 1 spoonful at a time, folding in after each addition.
  6. Scoop into the ramekins.
  7. Transfer to refrigerator to chill.
  8. Just before serving add a dollop of Cool Whip.
  9. Sprinkle some of the crushed Thin Mint cookies of top of the Cool Whip.
  10. Stick in 1/2 of a Thin Mint cookie in the Cool Whip.
