- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2 cubes of Dorot Ginger
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ice
- sparkling water I used lemon Lime
Instructions
- Place mint leaves, Dorot Ginger cubes and sugar in a blender.
- Blend until fully combined.
- Divide the mixture between two glasses.
- Add ice.
- Fill the glasses with sparkling water.
- Serve immediately.
