Mint Hot Chocolate

This mint hot chocolate is a fun adults only drink for the holidays. Chocolate and mint just go together so well!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • ½ white chocolate chips bag
  • 1 oz Irish cream liquor optional
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • Food Coloring few drops, green
  • Andes mints crushed Andes mints, for garnish
  • Whipped Cream crushed Andes mints, for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large pot, on medium heat add milk, half & half and heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add white chocolate chips and stir until completely melted.
  3. Add the liquor (optional), extract, and food coloring.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Top with Whipped Cream and mint cookie crumble.
