Ingredients

  • 1 to 1½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1½ cup mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or more
  • ½ teaspoon salt or more
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper or more

Instructions

  1. To a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, chopped mint leaves, lemon zest, minced garlic, cayenne pepper powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well to combine. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired. Chill for later in an airtight container or serve immediately.
