Ingredients
- 1 to 1½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1½ cup mint leaves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or more
- ½ teaspoon salt or more
- ¼ teaspoon pepper or more
Instructions
- To a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, chopped mint leaves, lemon zest, minced garlic, cayenne pepper powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
