Miso is an authentic Japanese dressing with an explosion of flavor that you can put on anything.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons White miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste and rice vinegar until smooth.
  2. Add sesame oil, honey, and soy sauce to the mixture and continue whisking until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Gradually whisk in water to achieve a pourable consistency. Adjust the amount of water based on your preference.
