Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix dry
  • 1 oz au jus gravy mix
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour water onto bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Add the roast on top.
  3. Sprinkle ranch and au jus on top of roast evenly.
  4. Place butter on top of roast.
  5. Add pepperoncini on and around roast.
  6. Put lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours, high for about 4-5.
  7. Shred and serve with gravy (juices)!
