- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 4 ounces green chilies
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 loaf French bread
- bread cubes, crackers, Fritos Scoops, or thick-cut potato chips to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine the Cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream, chopped ham, green chilies, and green onions.
- Hollow out the French bread.
- Place the cheese mixture inside the loaf of bread and wrap the entire loaf with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the loaf from the oven and serve warm with bread cubes, crackers, Fritos Scoops, or thick-cut potato chips.
