Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and black berries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cornstarch Gluten free
  • 2 packs Daiya Greek Yogurt Alternative Black Cherry And Vanilla
  • 4 tbsp Gluten free Granola

Instructions

  1. Place mixed berries, maple syrup and cornstarch in a sauce pan over medium heat, stir until they are cooked and soft.
  2. Place the mixed berry mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Put the mixture back on the heat and stir occasionally until thickens.
  4. Set aside to cook.
  5. Once cool, fill a third of each glass with the mixed berry mixture, top with Daiya Greek Yogurt Alternative and Gluten Free Granola.
  6. Serve immediately.
