Ingredients

Lemon Basil Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper or to taste
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup basil fresh, chopped
Fruit Salad
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh, cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwifruit peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl add all the dressing ingredients and whisk well. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fruit. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use whatever fruits you prefer, or whatever is readily available for you at this time of the year.
