  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • strawberries sliced
  • blueberries
  • feta cheese
  • ½ avocado diced
  • sliced almonds
  • freshly cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make Fran's Vinaigrette - click up above for the link. Set aside to allow flavors to mingle.
  2. Combine the mixed greens in a salad bowl. Top with strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, diced avocado, and sliced almonds; season with freshly cracked black pepper. Drizzle with the vinaigrette, to taste. Toss to coat evenly then serve immediately. Enjoy.
