Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen banana slices (or one frozen banana)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ½ cup Gluten Free Oats
- ¼ cup brewed coffee
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender. You can add more or less almond milk to get your desired consistency. Also you may prefer more or less maple syrup for sweetening.

- For a thinner smoothie add more almond milk for a thicker smoothie or smoothie bowl add less almond milk.
