Mocha Coconut Iced Latte

Ingredients

  • 8 oz espresso
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Syrup
  • 2 tsp dark chocolate sauce
  • ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prepare the espresso according to the machines instructions.
  2. Divide the espresso between two mugs, then add half of the coconut milk, coconut syrup and chocolate sauce to each mug, stir to combine, then add the ice.
  3. Serve as an iced latte, or pour the latte and ice in a blender and mix it up for a frappuccino style drink.
