Mocha Coffee Smoothie

This Mocha Coffee Smoothie is the perfect way to start the day. It is breakfast in a glass! Just 5 minutes and you're good to GO!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar can sub honey or agave
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder or 2 shots of espresso coffee
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups almond milk sub coconut, dairy, soy etc
  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large cup, combine the water, sugar, coffee powder and cocoa and mix until all is dissolved. (If using espresso, skip the water and just stir in the sugar and cocoa).
  2. Add the coffee mixture, the almond milk, bananas and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Devour.
