Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Recipe
Delicious Copycat Starbucks Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with Oreo cookies, milk, chocolate sauce and espresso. Top with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.
Ingredients
- 2 ounce espresso roast cooled, or strong brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate sauce or syrup
- 4 Oreo cookies plus extra for garnish, chocolate flavor
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum optional thickener
- Whipped Cream optional
Instructions
- Brew espresso or prepare strong brewed coffee.
- Break cookies into small pieces.
- Place ice, milk, Oreo cookies, chocolate sauce and espresso in a blender.
- Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
- If using xanthan gum open blender top and sprinkle over the surface of the blended frappuccino. Blend until xanthan gum incorporates in the drink.
- Serve plain or top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional cookie crumbs.
Notes
- Want strong coffee flavors? Freeze some leftover coffee in ice cube trays and then use the coffee ice cubes as the ice in this recipe.
- To lower the carbs use sugar free Oreos or any brand of chocolate sandwich cookies (yes, the exist!), and sugar free chocolate sauce.
- For a vegan-friendly option, use your favorite nut milk instead of dairy milk.
- If you want to make an even more decadent treat, drizzle a bit of chocolate sauce on the edges of the cup.
- You could also add about 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips to the blender if you want even more chocolatey goodness.
