A deliciously refreshing, sweet, minty and limey alcohol-free drink, this Mojito Mocktail has it all! Make it for a special occasion or any weekday, it's fabulous however you do it.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 6 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • ice
  • lime wedges + extra mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Muddle lime juice and mint leaves in the bottom of each glass.
  2. Stir in simple syrup, sparkling water and ice.
  3. Garnish with lime wedges and more mint.
