Mojito Mocktail
A deliciously refreshing, sweet, minty and limey alcohol-free drink, this Mojito Mocktail has it all! Make it for a special occasion or any weekday, it's fabulous however you do it.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 12 mint leaves
- 6 tablespoons simple syrup
- 6 oz sparkling water
- ice
- lime for garnish, wedges; extra leaves
- mint for garnish, wedges; extra leaves
Instructions
- Muddle lime juice and mint leaves in the bottom of each glass.
- Stir in simple syrup, sparkling water and ice.
- Garnish with lime wedges and more mint.
