Mojito Recipe

Classic Cuban mojito made skinny! I have figured out an easy low point weight watcher mojito recipe that tastes great.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi rum
  • 12 fresh spearmint leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • 7 ounces lime selzer (lime spindrift or sprite zero )
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener such as monk fruit

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a cool tall glass, muddle the mint, monk fruit and lime juice.
  2. Add crushed ice.
  3. Add rum, soda and stir well.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few sprigs of mint.
  5. Serve with a straw.
