Mom's Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 lices white bread Texas toast, thick cut
- ½ tablespoon (7g) butter unsalted
- 2 lices cheddar cheese yellow
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt ½ tablespoon unsalted butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Sprinkle salt over the butter to season. Place 2 slices of white bread on the skillet for a few minutes until golden brown.
- Flip to the other side. Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese on the golden brown side of the bread. Stack the other slice of bread (golden brown side down) on top of the cheese slices.
- Flip the whole grilled cheese sandwich when the underside is golden brown. Continue until both sides are golden brown.
