Ingredients

  • 1/2 /2 lb thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1/2 /2 lb thinly sliced honey ham
  • 1/2 /2 lb sliced provolone cheese
  • raspberry preserves
  • 1 (12-pack) Original King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • ¼ cup salted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 egg beaten
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice rolls open and place bottom of rolls in baking dish. Fold 1 thin slice of turkey and 1 thin slice of ham onto each sandwich. Top with 1/2 slice of Provolone cheese. Spoon about a teaspoon of the raspberry preserve on top of cheese and top with other side of roll.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and the egg. Make sure the butter isn't too hot or the egg will cook. Brush on top of sandwiches, covering entire top of sandwich. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown. Serve warm with powdered sugar dusted in top.
