Moroccan Simple Gluten-Free Stuffing

This Moroccan Simple Gluten-Free Stuffing combines savory sautéed Vidalia onions with tender diced apples and fragrant spices like cinnamon, cumin, and allspice. The mixture is combined with gluten-free cinnamon raisin bread cubes, dried apricots, golden raisins, and fresh cilantro for a balance of sweet and savory notes. After absorbing chicken broth and apple juice, it’s baked until the top is lightly crispy and golden, with pistachio pieces adding a nutty crunch at the end.
