Moroccan Spice Blend

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup ground black pepper
  • 4 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp ground clove
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine spices in a small bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk. If using a coarser black pepper, place all the ingredients in a spice grinder (or a clean coffee bean grinder) and grind until blended and powdered.
  2. Store in an airtight container up to 6 months. This makes a little over half a cup total.
