Mozzarella and Roasted Tomato Pizza is made from simple, fresh ingredients. Fresh pizza dough, mozzarella, oven roasted tomatoes, and pizza sauce, baked, then finished with torn fresh basil.

Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh pizza dough
- 5 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 5 oz shredded mozzarella
- 4 oz fresh tomatoes
- 3 oz Pizza Sauce
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 4 basil leaves
Instructions
- Half the mozzarella balls and tomatoes.
- Remove the leaves of the thyme from the stems. Brush olive oil onto the tomatoes and cover them with fresh thyme leaves. Place the tomatoes on a baking tray and roast them in a preheated 350 degrees F. oven for 15 minutes.
- Stretch and spread out the pizza dough onto a pizza pan. Use a rolling pin if needed. Aim for a 10 - 11 inch pizza base. Brush on the pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle on the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add roasted tomatoes and halved mozzarella balls to finish the pizza. Place it in a preheated 450 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with torn basil leaves.
