Ingredients

  • 1 package muffin mix 6-7oz package
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 egg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together the muffin mix, milk, and egg in a large bowl, until well combined. Allow this mixture to rest for a few minutes while you heat up the pan.
  2. Heat your skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, coat with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Scoop 1/4 cup batter into the hot pan. Cook until bubble appear on top of the entire surface of the pancake (about 2 minutes).
  4. Flip the pancake and cook until the bottom is also golden brown (another 2 minutes). Remove pancake from the pan and move to a separate plate to keep warm.
