  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms baby bella mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • ½ yellow onion thinly sliced
  • ½ TBS butter
  • 2 oz goat cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 brown sugar ½ tablespoon
  • 2 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
