Mushroom Pepper Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 poblano chile chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 2 portabella mushroom chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup cilantro
Instructions
- Heat the oil in skillet and add the chile, onions, peppers and mushrooms. Saute mixture about 5 minutes. Mix in cumin and salt.
- Serve in taco shells topped with cheese and cilantro.
