Ingredients
- 500 g button mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Garlic puree
- 240 ml semi skimmed milk
- 240 ml onion dip
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Half the mushrooms and give them a wash with a sieve. Load the mushrooms into the soup maker. Add garlic puree, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Place the lid on the soup maker and cook on the smooth setting for 25 minutes.
- Add in onion dip or some Greek yoghurt, plus extra garlic puree if it needs it and pulse until nicely mixed in.
- Then serve with some potatoes or some air fried mushrooms.

Notes
- Cream. If you would like a creamier mushroom soup, I recommend a small tub of Philadelphia cream cheese. This will make it really creamy.
