Ingredients
- 4 pita bread
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- ½ cup cucumber diced
- ¼ cup green onion diced
- ½ cup tomato diced, fresh
- ¼ cup kalamata olives chopped
- lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
- 8 Pepperoncini
Instructions

- On a large, shallow plate or platter, pour the olive oil to cover the bottom.
